Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Download and store the files for personal use
  • Print the artwork for personal decoration
  • Use the artwork in personal or non-commercial creative projects (e.g. mood boards, presentations, design mockups)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files in any form
  • Upload the files to marketplaces, websites, or file-sharing platforms
  • Use the files for commercial resale or licensing
  • Claim ownership of the original or restored artwork

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. ArteVault does not store payment details.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final.

No refunds are issued after purchase completion.

6. Delivery

After successful payment, download access is provided immediately or via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided.

7. Intellectual Property

Restored images and digital file preparations are the property of ArteVault unless otherwise stated.

Original artworks are either in the public domain or used under appropriate rights where applicable.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality, security, or accessibility.
